Tbh, pure summoner master mode is impossible. everybody was talking on how 1.3 summoner is a terrible idea. but no, 1.3 was quite easy doable and actually fun. when 1.4 rolled in, everything changed. myself, i hella love summoner class and hella enjoy playing it, but when you have to spend 5 hours on getting one staff that will do nothing later. Use best hooks like slime hook, web hook. also use many buff potions like endurance potion, regen potion, swiftness, inferno, ironskin, and some similar potions. make a really decently long arena made out of three layered platforms that include the following sunflowers, honey, heart lanterns, and campfires. Use these to kill lunatic cultists and summon the pillars, go for stardust pillar first and make the stardust dragon staff. this next part is a lot easier said than done. kill the rest of the pillars, make sure you have a bed at the nurse and get your buffs, campfires and heart lanterns.
